  • Payment Information: Payment history, transaction details, and Stripe session IDs (processed securely through Stripe Connect accounts)
  • Water Test Data: Water chemistry test results synced from LabCOM Cloud API
  • User Content: Photos and documents you upload to the app
  • Project Information: Project details and service history that you or your dealer create
  • Shopping Data: Product browsing, cart contents, and order history when you use the shop feature
  • Usage Data: App usage patterns, preferences, and notification settings

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process payments and manage transactions
  • Sync water chemistry test data from LabCOM Cloud
  • Send push notifications about important updates, new test results, and payment reminders

4. Information Sharing

We share your information with the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing through Stripe Connect accounts. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.
  • LabCOM Cloud API: Water chemistry test data synchronization. We match your email address to your LabCOM account to sync test results.
  • Expo Push Notification Service: We use Expo's service to deliver push notifications to your devices.
  • Firebase (Google) - Android Only: We use Google's Firebase service to deliver push notifications on Android devices.
  • Azure AD (Admin Users Only): Single sign-on authentication for admin dashboard access.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share information as necessary to provide our services.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • Passwords are hashed using secure algorithms
  • Access tokens are short-lived and stored in memory only
  • Refresh tokens are encrypted and stored securely on your device
  • All API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) is available for additional device security

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt-Out: Disable push notifications or marketing notifications in app settings
  • Correction: Update your account information through the app
